Great staff, fresh clean rooms, delicious food, nice selection of beer, comfy place to eat, nice location.
Everything was fantastic.

The directions given by the websites conflicted and led us to 2 different places and there was n east way to be 100% sure as to which was accurate. The taxi driver did not have a clue where the place was but found it with the help of locals and charged us only 5 lev which is decent. The hotel itself is at the end of a rough looking street but once through the front doors it is like entering a different world as everything is very clean and well presented. Rooms very nice and breakfast (meat / eggs / sausages / bread / cereal) was very nice and was arranged in buffet format.

My credit card details were given to hold the reservation. The hotel had taken full payemnt before I arrived. I was told coffee was available 24 hours, but at 6:30 am the coffee was cold.

This budget hotel is conveniently located not too far from the center by tram, a quick and affordable taxi ride from the airport, and situated in a quiet area. the rooms are clean and have a small fridge, while the bathroom is functional. Service is polite and accommodating, and breakfast is available for an additional fee.
The hotel's surroundings can be less than appealing, as mentioned by other guests in their reviews.

Hotel pays really attention in small ditails that finally matter(soap, shampoo H&S...).
We'd stay again even if this time breakfast was disappointing.

I found everything I needed in this hotel without breaking my budget. The hotel staff was kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and fresh. The location was also great, being in a pretty little street in a quiet area which was very close to downtown. I was surprised to find that public transport to city center was very accessible from this hotel.
Nothing to dislike.

The staff were so helpful, with everything, especially the manageress, with any questions I had, regarding transport, mobile phones, other. They spoke good English, and my stay, was all the better for this.
not really the Hotel is modern and clean, just in my room the carpet had a large stained patch, and with the choice of carpet colour being cream, made this more evident.

It is a very good hotel with clean rooms with airco, good service. We even got breakfast with us when we had to leave at 4 for the airport. Very kind people.
The only thing is that the hotel is not in a good neighbourhood and far from the center ( not 5 minutes as the website says). You always have to take a taxi to the center or walk to tram 18 by a bad road. But the taxi to the center is about 5 lev (= € 2,50), so not expensive.

The hotel had comfortable rooms and provided clean towels each day. the staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for directions or help with anything. the hotel was located near a popular shopping center and had some good local restaurants nearby.
The hotel's location was far and isolated from the city center and tourist attractions, which made going out a hassle and we had to book a taxi each time. the hotel was situated near a noisy and industrial area, making the view unpleasant and quite noisy at night.

Staff were great, helpful and good english. Great value for money, brand new facilities, spotless, quiet and supervised parking. The area may seems spooky but not to worry its normal and safe.
Was hard to find in the night time. some flashing sign in the main road will help.

Very nice staff. Because there were no extra beds (we were 2 adults and 2 children) as we reserved we received two rooms instead one, in the same price. Clean and comfortable.
A little bit far from the downtown but we had car and we stayed only one night and it was ok for us. Breakfest is poor - according to the price you pay for.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed with the quality of the facilities. The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated with modern amenities. We appreciated the free parking and the complimentary drinks in the lobby. the staff was friendly and helpful in offering local recommendations. The location was also convenient as we were able to take a short taxi ride to reach popular attractions.
The industrial surroundings were not pleasant and created a bit of noise pollution. We found the breakfast to be overpriced for the limited options available.
